Our hens have unlimited access to the outdoors and enjoy a diet rich in insects and an array of grasses. The variety in their diet results in robust hens who lay gourmet eggs
Our incredibly low stocking density means our hens have an abundance of space to roam and forage, which means we have healthier, happier hens
The flock is guarded by our Maremma sheepdogs, brothers Romano & Bruno
Our hens are housed in portable sheds which are moved through the paddock weekly. Manure falls to the ground, enriching the soil with fertility and invaluable nutrients, improving it year on year

Have bright, sunshine-yellow yolks with whites that stand tall and hold their shape strikingly when poached
